 Kettlebell Drills That Build Lean Muscle

If you are looking for a suitable muscle building workout that you can do at home without the need for a lot of gym equipment, look no further. Check out these kettlebell drills that build lean muscle, using only two kettlebells.

 Because you only require two kettlebells, you can do this kettlebell workout in the comfort of your own home. So you save a lot of time instead of going to the gym (traffic jams and parking problems). You may need a bit of space (not much) so that you don't accidentally swing your bells into your family cat or your mother...

The kettlebell used for these kettlebell drills have to be heavy - a weight that you can do for 8 reps (8 rep max) for your toughest lifts. In this case that would probably be the double kettlebell military press.

The kettlebell drills will be done in the form of a complex, meaning you will do several different kettlebell moves, one after the other in one round (with minimum or no breaks), which will help burn fat. After which you will take a 2 minute breather and then do the subsequent rounds. It will be tough! But this kind of workout will also put a lot of stress on your body, where there will be a lot of "time under tension". This method of combining heavy full body moves with a complex format, has been found to be effective to stimulate lean muscle growth (like Hugh "The Wolverine" Jackman above).

  So here is the full workout:

Note: Use two heavy kettlebells. Do four rounds of this kettlebell complex. Rest 2 minutes in between rounds. Do not rest between exercises (unless you absolutely have to).

1. Double kettlebell high pull x5

2. Double kettlebell snatch x5

3. Double kettlebell military press x5

4. Double kettlebell front squat x5
